this is a very huge 2 famliy flat, very spacious, this could be a good deal for the money, I’ve seen property in worst conditon sell for the same thing as this one, of course there are a few bad properites on the block, which u wil see in part 4 video, but the rest of the homes are pretty nice, Ok guys, Lets get your thoughts on this one, what ya think about this one CDOG, YOU KNOW I LET YOUR THOUGHTS AS WELL AS MATTEW,, ENJOY THE SHEA SHOW
