In what years are a lot of the homes of respective videos you’ve made that of which were sold between a $2000 to $6000 range built?

This home is due to go on Auction next month, it will go in what they call an absolute sale, which means, what ever the bid is, that’s what it will sell for, could be one dollar, but I think it will go for about a hundred bucks

There are bars on the front doors

Did you get a good deal on that duplex ?
I’m not too far away –Here in Toledo, Ohio
At least those buildings are brick. Here in Toledo, empty houses often have half the alunimum-siding already torn off –midnight recyclers
If you can pick properties up at those prices, might be good deals
